I'm a teacher. I love teaching but if I could leave it to be a wedding planner or interior decorator- I would do it in a heartbeat. DH and I had a business a few years back where we created custom items, and it was a huge success... but coverage is expensive and so we gave it up for 'real' jobs lol

Umm i swear we are the same person. I am a music teacher but would love to give up my job for the same 2 that you mentioned! LOL Surprised?
I would also love to be a nutrition counselor and work with ED patients!

I am a paralegal...
i went to school for marketing so this is def not my dream job. After i graduated college, i worked in a bank for a year, the money ****** and i needed something else, so my mom suggested i apply for a job in her office, i got it, so ive been paralegaling lol for almost 5 years now. i dont really like it, because altho i do what im suppose to do, i really dont have any understanding of law!!! so if i were to ever leave and get another paralegal job i would be screwed!
my dream job would honestly just to be a stay at home mom! when i have kids im going to hate the fact that someone else will see my baby more than i would! just sad that that will never happen.
but if had had to have a job job, i would be a teacher, for little kids, like kindergarden...LOVE kids and always wanted to be a teacher! dont ask why in college i was in the buisness school! too lazy to go back to school and really dont want anymore student loans!
and if i had a fantasy job! i would soo be an actress! that was my first dream job as a kid! lol
i would totally be an actress on soap operas!! cuz really you dont need a crazy amount of talent! just have to be dramatic! and i soooo am dramatic! lol

I deliver professional development to teachers on second language learner issues and also on assessment in general.
I would give it up in a heartbeat to write for movie/tv/the stage
I'd also love to get into advertising writing

I am a CSR for an incontinent textile company...
And I hate it.
But it's a job & a job I was fortunate to find only 1 month after graduating college 2 years ago...
Part of me would love to be a wedding planner...and I've thought about going through the process of creating my own business. But I'm scared sh*tless to take the risk.![]()
I think I would also love to work in the entertainment business, but behind the scenes....
But truly, I just want to be a stay at home mom.
PS - I have an internal conflict about my job status. One day I will figure out exactly what I want to do the rest of my life..
And I hate it.

I’m an administrator at a program for developmentally disabled adults. My job is pretty easy and I don’t have too many complaints about it… it’s just not very exciting. My second job is working at a recreation program for the same agency – I’m in charge of arts and crafts and that can be a lot of fun.
I think my dream job would be a travel writer. I love going on vacations and seeing different places, and then I could actually get to use my journalism degree! haha

Im a school psychologist working in two different charter schools (high school) for students ages 16-22, but im employed by a healthcare company. I do not love it. I have had a few moments where I loved it, but I think I realized that this wasnt my dream job when I was more than half way through my graduate program. By that time I knew it was too late. Maybe im just having a hard time because its my first year.....

My undergrad is in Acting from Tisch at NYU. I pursued that for about a year and a half but never put any dedication into it, which I regret.
I am now currently the Assistant to the Dean of Nursing a local College. I am about a year away from completing my Masters in Special Ed and Childhood Ed.
I don't even really know if that is what I am going to want to do. I have to wait until I have more experience with it to determine if I will be happy teaching. I think a lot of that depends upon where I get a job and the atmosphere of the school.
If I could do it all over, I would either work harder at pursuing acting , or do something in the non-profit arena.

I am an Assistant Marketing Manager for an International Publishing Co. Except we don't publish books or magazines, we publish recipe cards, informational cards and educational DVDs. It is not my dream job at all...but it pays the bills and sometimes I enjoy it when I am challenged.
My dream job would be one of two things: An Actress OR a Crime Scene detective. I've always been fascinated with Forensics since I was very young. I just could never become a cop since I am not physically able to do it, so that is just not going to happen.
Not a dream job, but something I think I would enjoy and be really good at would be a High School teacher.

I have 2 jobs.
I am a construction manager and a part time attorney.
Dream job.....none. I have had a few different jobs so far and none are dreams....I was an interior designer, construction and attorney.
To me work is work and isn't supposed to be fun.

I'm a dance instructor. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job but would give it up to either be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader or a judge on a reality talent show like Idol/So you think you can Dance?/etc.
