Frozen Chicken

Frozen Chicken

I took out a package of chicken this morning before work to thaw, but I don't plan on cooking it until tomorrow night. I find that when I put chicken in my fridge it's still a little frozen in the center after 24 hours, so thought I'd give it the extra 9 or so hours to really be thawed. Do you think that it will still be fine to cook then? The original sell-by date was April 15th, but I froze it as soon as I brought it home from the store.
