frozen dinners

Which are your favorite Lean Cuisines, Smart ones, Healthy Choice, Kashi etc?

I feel like the ones I am choosing arent 'healthy' enough. They have too many carbs or creamy sauces and I'm supposed to be eating mostly protein and veggies.

Re: frozen dinners

if you are eating frozen meals and care about nutrition I would go with Kashi or other healthy ones..

I was eating the Kashi ones regularly for a while- they are a bit pricey, but they are whole grain, good amount of protein...they are pretty tasty and filling!

I think the WW and LC ones are more for portion control.. hence the cream sauces..

Re: frozen dinners

Bertolli!!! But they are on the skillet, not in the microwave. If it's just microwave I tend to like stouffers stuff.

Re: frozen dinners

I usually eat Lean Cuisines. I feel like Smart Ones don't really fill me up and I'm not crazy about the Healthy Choice ones. I eat the chicken ones mostly and some of the pasta (but none with red sauce or meatballs). My all time favorite frozen lunch is the Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken - it's freaking amazing! It blows away any LC I've ever eaten and it really keep me full.
