'ghost hunting'

Crazier things have been posted on this board, so I'm just going to go ahead and ask.

There is without a doubt, some sort of presence in my office. Someone is always touching my back, and I undeniably feel fingers and a hand. I'm not afraid of whoever it is...I don't want him/her to go away...doesn't bother me. It's happening as I type this.

I'm curious to find out a history of my house. I know that it was built in 1920...but I'm pretty sure the office was built later. I'm curious if anyone passed away in this room or something...are there ways to find such a thing out?

I'm talking about records or something...anytime that someone else is in the house and I feel the hand...the minute I open my mouth to call the other person into the room, the touching stops. Soooo I think it's just for me... meaning I don't think getting a 'ghost hunter' would help.

Anyway to get my hands on some sort of record?

Re: 'ghost hunting'

Jen- this is sooooo cool. I am glad your not afraid of it. I had a ghost in my childhood home and then again in my 1st apartment. Neither of them ever bothered me.

I really dont know how you can find out the history of the house but maybe you can ask neighbors, someone who has been around the neighborhood a long time. Someone might have died in the house years ago.

Ita! I'm glad your not afraid..

I grew up with a ghost in my Mom's house and when I left to move into my condo, I even invited it to come with me... I was always 'comforted' by it being around me.
