Ok so DH just moved in finally on Valentine's Day. I knew things were gonna be tough since we have never lived together and we both have to get used to things just like anyone else living together for the first time. But all I know it was way toooooooooo hard to sleep with him. I havent lived with another man in 14 yrs and when I slept at DH's place he had a king size bed and we were fine. I have a full size that we are using til my mom moves out and we can get a new bedroom set and a queen size bed. But who knows when that will be. I know one solution to our problem is not to have the dogs sleep with us but thats not the only thing. He snores and he is a bed hog!!!!!!! All the years I have had my bed I always slept on one side of the bed and would wake up with my sheets neat,lol... thats how I have always slept. He on the other hand tosses and turns, hogs the blankets, elbows me in the head and back, snores and says he doesnt . I knew this was gonna be 1 of the biggest things we fight about but, all I want is my sleep back. I got more sleep when my son was a baby, no joke. He also starts talking to me when he comes to bed and I was already sleeping and doesnt stop!!!!!!!!
What can I do til we get a bigger bed????? Please help me

Re: Girls I need your advice BIG time!!!!
I remember when DH and I were first dating and we were squeezed onto a full size bed...it was really uncomfortable but we got used to it.
WHen we upgraded to a queen size, it was heaven!
If neither of you is used to living togethr, then the sleeping arrangements will definitely be a big adjustment..
Until you get a bigger bed-keep the doggies off.
I agree with whoever said to use separate blankets for each of you, and earplugs..
AND....as for the bedhog thing-
I'm a huge bedhog! What we do is DH starts in the middle of the bed, and I'm closer to the end..by the morning when we wake up I've migrated to the middle and HE's on the end but it works!
