Where did you go and what was the weather like? Now that we've decided to do London and Paris during the winter break, we want an island vacation. We went on a rainy cruise in August of last year so we're trying to avoid a place where there would be bad weather. I'm aware that Aruba is pretty much nice all year but I'm wondering if we could chance a different place instead since Aruba seems to be pretty expensive.
We honeymooned in Italy and it was HOT! For our engagement trip we went to St. Lucia toward the end of August. It was hot and we had one rainy afternoon but other then that it was great.
Hi, Angela!!! Donna and Josh went on a Royal Carribean Cruise to the Bahamas, leaving on August 10th. They had beautiful weather!!!! Mary MOB
In August i would def. stay away from the carribean cause you never know with hurricane season. Aruba as we all know is beautiful all year round. Another place you could try would try Turks & Caicos or Hawaii???

We went to St. Lucia at the end of July/beginning of August – it was their rainy season but the whole week we were there we only had one day where it was cloudy/kinda rainy.
Hawaii in August - islands Kauai & Big Island. Great weather on both.
We went to Jamaica and had GREAT weather the whole time!!!! While it rained here,lol.
