Off to get my nails done. Then I have to finish buying groceries and then cooking for about 4-5 hours for Viktoriya and her hubby who are coming over for dinner tonight.

Thanks Ladies. What the heck am I doing up? Vik left at 1:30 last night and DH and I went to bed around 2:30 and I'm up at 9!!!
So here is what I made:
Spanakopita chicken burgers with Tzaziki sauce Bruschetta Spinach and artichoke dip Pico di gallo chicken quesadillas Fries Tuna Tartare Sangria Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with pesto Tangy cucumber salad
and Fondue for Dessert!!!

OMG - the food was SO SO SO GOOD! Evelyn made so much and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The sangria was better than any that I've had in restaurants. The burgers were perfect - DH loved them. Everything was so tasty! Ev - just want you to know that he's been rubbing it in my face that you've learned how to cook and I burned rice!
I have to take lessons in make up and cooking from you, Evelyn.
