Re: Have ya'll done this one? WEDDING SHOES
My first choice were these, but I couldn't find them anywhere in size 6M, white color. Neither Kenneth Cole warehouse, nor any of the nordstroms nor the online stores had it. The only place i saw it was at DSW, and both pairs that I saw there were filthy.Anyone saw them anywhere? They're called 'Formal Attire'

Re: Have ya'll done this one? WEDDING SHOES
Alina: You can buy them directly from Kenneth Cole (at least you could a month ago) and there is a 40% off discount somewhere on the brides board. I bought that exact pair for cheap at DSW but decided they were too 'high' - but they are soooo comfy I wish I could find a reason to wear them to something else. The shoes I ended up wearing were Camparros - ivory and beaded that just happend to match my dress perfectly. Of course, they dont sell them online so no ad photo but here they are on me..
Not the best photo but whatever:

Re: Have ya'll done this one? WEDDING SHOES
Stef, I called kenneth cole, perhaps like 3 weeks ago, a weekend before thanksgiving, they didn't have my size (6M) in white color. Nordstroms.com is also surprisingly out of my size, usually, its the the only size left, but this time the shoe is a popular choice for my size.
The shoes that now have have the same style cut, so they're just as comfortable, but I find the formal attire style a bit more my style. Stef, are you going to dye your kenneth coles black or other more common color, or will you wear them in white/ivory, as they came? I heard Kenneth cole doesnt dye well, but I am leaning towards trying anyway, b/c I never have an occasion to wear white shoes!!!

Re: Have ya'll done this one? WEDDING SHOES
These are mine. They were so comfy. I needed something with a chunky heel because my wedding was outside, so if it rained I didn't want to sink into the grass (luckily it didn't
) My aunt decorated them with sequins to give it a little shine - but I don't have a picture of that.

Re: Have ya'll done this one? WEDDING SHOES
I would LOVE to dye them but as I hear, you cant dye Ken Coles shoes. And i think my wedding shoes cant be dyed either because they are a silk blend. Pretty sure only 100% polyesther material dyes nicely. My wedding shoes are pretty marked up so I might as well try i guess and see what happens.

Re: Have ya'll done this one? WEDDING SHOES
but arent ken coles made of polyester on top, and leather on the inside? So is that the leather that's giving the whole thing trouble? Hm, if mine will get dirty, I'll definitely try to dye them, and will share the results, but you'll have to wait till next July.
