Alina: I dont think there is any leather in the fabric part of my Ken Cole shoes. Im not sure if they are made of a poly/silk blend but that is what I was told why they dont dye well.

My shoes (both pairs) were $30 each on super sale! Ken Coles were $30 at DSW and the Camparos were $30 at Bloomingdales. Both were marked down from over $100. Its the only bargain thing I did for the wedding so im very proud! Hehehehe

Stef, I didn't mean the leather in fabric, I meant leather on the insole and the inside top of the shoe... So the end result is leather covered with fabric. Does that make sense? So then leather would be the background of dyeing and would affect how it comes out?

I wish the size 6 of those DSW shoes were clean!!! Or I had an ivory dress!!!

those were my shoes! (sorry, they are an 8.5!) Let me tell you, they were SOOO comfortable, it was incredible! I found them at nordstrom in the RF mall, but they weren't really white white like my dress, they looked a little dingy next to the dress. I came really close to returning them - but wound up not, no one at all saw my shoes, and I was dancing around in comfort the whole night!

Here are mine. I got them at Sandy's Shoes - I never even tried them on. I got them mailed to me - but they worked out perfectly. Very comfy!!

I know this is an old post, but I just thought it was too cool that, Alina, not only did we get married a day apart and use the same photographer, but we also had the same shoes! Weren't they the best?!
