I've heard great things about Honeybaked ham-you can order one of those for your main course and then you just have to do the sides. A broccoli salad with those little grape tomatoes and Italian dressing, mashed or scalloped potatoes, maybe some green beans or another easy veggie, crescent rolls, and you're done.

I'd throw some ziti in there, too, but I have a few vegetarians.

How many people are you having? How formal a meal does it need to be? Is it a sit down dinner with a big meat and all the sides or can it be buffet style?

Check with local restaurats, deli's and supermarkets for holiday meals but you should call them now before they are booked up.

Someone suggested a ham - they are super easy to make and come pre-cooked. I heated one in a microwave once to keep the oven available for other stuff. The spiral cut ones are a cinch since they are sliced for you!

You could get veggies in those boil in bags and throw them all in a big pot of boiling water to cook them.

Salads in a bag are pre-washed now.

And Target has fire extinguishers if you aren't joking about the fire

Ok. you buy frozen veggies and make those- easy- go buy those boxes of rice roni- they are soooo good and easy as well.

As far as meats, supermarkets sell pre cooked whole chickens and stuff.

Get some pilsbury bread that you stick in the oven.

You will be fine.,

No prob momma.. Barbie used to work there when she was like 14! lol we got alot of freebies and we always would get our food from there for parties and such.. =)
