Re: Home Improvement: Garden Design

very cute - can fish live outdoors in this area all year round? I'd think they would freeze - at least with the last winter we had!

Re: Home Improvement: Garden Design

Teri: Evidently, if the pond is deep enough and you cover it, the fish live thru the winter. I dont really know much about it but Luke used to work in a petshop when he was a teenager so he knows what to do.

Re: Home Improvement: Garden Design

Beautiful Stef. Good luck with it, once you start!

We are probably not going to be able to work on our backyard until next year. We cleaned it up for now though. Our major concerns are the front yard and the basement right now, which we completely gutted. Rob wants a pond too, but I think we may wait for house #2 on that one.

Re: Home Improvement: Garden Design

That is really cool Stef! When we move into our house I am going to send you pics of all the rooms and have you make pretty designs. I think you missed your calling.
