i would say that I am pretty good and i heavily rely on a recipe or cook book
Im still learning...

i've had some failures though...

im good at making dog food..............Dh does all the cooking. I burn EVERYTHING i make! DH wont let me step foot in the kitchen to even make a TV dinner thank god he cooks!

Im pretty good as long as I follow a recipe....DH says he loves my cooking better than most restaurants...and sometimes if I say you wanna go out to dinner or get take out, hell say nah can you just cook? Which I secretly

So I guess I'm not too bad...considering I never cooked a day in my life before we moved in together.

Hmm. I voted could have my own cooking show

I come from a family of great cooks so I guess it just came naturally.
I can follow recipes but most of the time I just go with it-if I had tasted it before I could replicate it.

Baking I always go by recipes because it has to be exact.

I love to cook and bake and all things hostessing but find myself not having time for any of it lately. I mostly work evenings so hubby has been learning. I used to cook everyday now I only get to 1-2 days a week.

To be perfectly honest, I probably made about 3 meals before DH and I got married b/c I lived at home and my mommy is a fabulous cook.

But ever since the wedding - I'm a crazy cooking machine! I try to make a fun dinner every night and so far so good. DH loves the stuff I make for him....a lot of it is super spicy, meaty and greasy - just how he likes it. I've had several dinner parties at our place since the wedding and everyone else seems to like it too.

It's funny, but after eating a ton of authentic and spicy mexican food in cabo - DH is insisting that I cook only mexican food until I start residency in June and he goes hungry Rachael Ray doesn't make too many mexican dishes.....gotta get myself a cookbook I guess.

I'm getting hungry now......

This was me too! I onl cooked when my mom wasn't home which was rare. SHe is such an amazing cook!

I make something every single night and I try to switch it up. I make 'comfort food' a lot but still by the recipe.

i have to say though, i make prety great stuff consdering i am working with a toaster oven and a 20 inch electric stovetop!!!
