He met my parents 5 days after we started dating.

I met his parents about 2 weeks later (they felt it was too soon)

I met his whole family about a month later at a 4th of July picnic.

I was extra careful since I met Jim online and was unsure of Long Island men. hahahaha!!! I dated him about 2 months before I let him see my front door!!

I met his Grandmother (sorta - she doesn't speak English) about a month and a half into our relationship. His mother is rarely home. I met her about 4-5 months in. I met them both because he brought me over to his house (where they all live). No formal 'This is Veronica' just 'hi' they figured it out. Later they asked him for my name.

Jim met my parents in 6 months from dating. I went to visit so I brought him along. Just said 'Wanna meet my crazy family?' since he had a friend close to my parents place he figured he was safe in case things went bad.

It was labor day weekend / my brother's bday and my family took him in like we'd been married for years. They joked with him, took him out to help with some stuff to do, included him in the football conversations and set him condolences for ending up with me!!! hehe

Met his father about a year or so later. How did we meet? I was installing a new washer for Jim's grandma and I was under the sink drilling a wider hole for the hoses when I look over my shoulder and I see a guy checking out my As$. Freaked me out! Later found out it was Jim's Dad. *shrug*

I met his aunt and cousin first because FIL lives overseas. I met them 7 months after dating, when we were invited to the cousin's house for a party.

I met FIL that December when he came to visit DH and to meet meeee! We were engaged by then.

We were dating for 5 months before DH met my sister and some friends, nearly 7 months before he met my mother. It was close to 9 months before I met his family.

I met who whole zillion of them at Christmas for the first time after dating for one month. I thought I would toss my cookies right there at the dinner table!!!!

I met his mom about 9 months after we started dating, when she came to NY to visit and I met his brother and sister in law about 2 months later when they were visiting. I didn't meet his dad and his family until 15 months after we started dating when we went to London for the first time.

He met my family within a month of when we met.

Dh took me to meet his mom after dinner on our first date.
Met Dh's dad a few days later.

I dated my FH for about a month before I met his parents. FMIL invited me to dinner. FH parents and my parents met about 5 months into dating. My parents invited FH's Parents over for dinner.

He met my parents about 1-2 weeks of us dating (we were 18 at the time).

I met his mom when she walked in on us doing 'you know what'. How embarrassing was that? Holy cow.

She has a great sense of humor and after a couple of years, we all could laugh about it.

After 10 years, I think we all forgot about it!

He met my family about 4 or 5 months after we started dating. It was my Mom's b-day and we all went out to dinner. I met his family about a month after that, his parent's have a house in FLA and a cottage in CT and we went up to the cottage to meet his WHOLE family at once...it was a family reunion weekend!! They all knew it was serious too cuz he had never brought a girl up to the cottage of course I didn't know that!!
