I wouldn't say we have a great relationship, but we get along. She's in Alabama so it's not like I see her that often. Kind of hard to have a relationship with someone that you've been around maybe 10 times in your life!

Honestly,

My MIL is fantastic! Like any relationship we have our off days but I am really truly blessed with the wonderful/caring and very thoughtful family I have married into.

I like to say we have a love hate relationship but its mostly a love situation.
In the beginning we used to butt heads alot but now our relationship is great!!! ( with the occasional argumant over what she or I did or said )

I love my MIL - we get along pretty well even she lives in NC and I hardly see her.

I never even meet my MIL..but then again i wouldnt consider her a human being as of this point in my life.

rarely...I dont agree with her point of view, things she says etc. I respect her for her, and love her for her, but doesnt mean we 'get along'.

My MIL is a lovely woman. I got very lucky with DH's whole family, and I'm grateful for that.
