We tried, it was disgusting. We didn't wrap it properly. Took a bite and spit it out. Drank a whole lot of Moet to get the taste off our mouths.

I had the top of our cake boxed up and had planned on eating it on our first anniversary but by the time we got it in the fridge it had been rocked around in the box and I was craving cake. I sliced that piece in half and saved one half and ate the other. So we have half a piece of the top of our wedding cake.

We have the top of our cake and I can't wait to eat it. I hope it tastes good because we didn't have any cake aside from the bites we fed each other. We hardly ate at our wedding. Anyone know of a wedding I can go to at JT just so I can eat?

we did - a few days after our anniversary because I forgot it takes a few days to defrost. But it was still really good!

ours is just in the box we didnt like wrap it or do anything to it we just put the box in the freezer so its probably going to be really gross

Since we barely got to eat any cake at the wedding, we ate some of it out of the box each night the week following the wedding and then I threw it away.

We plan on at least taking a bite each on our anniversary. However, if we move to D.C. this summer, I don't know how I am going to transport it. I guess I will have to put it in a cooler or something. I plan on ordering a small version of our cake from a bakery. I can't believe so many people ate it right after the wedding. DH really wanted to and I wouldn't let him. If it wasn't in my parents garage in the freezer or I think we would have.

we froze ours and ate it when we got back from the hm and whenever we felt like it.

we didn't want to wait a yr...we didnt think it would taste good and didn't want to waste it.

I'm glad to see so many people ate it! We didn't really wrap it properly either, just threw it in the freezer in the original box. I guess I'll find out on Saturday!

It was sooo good, I just keep thinking about it!
