I am sooooooooooooooooo mad

In three weeks we will be moving EVERYTHING we own down to NC (even though we won't be moving there till this summer)! Anyway I come home today after a FAB day to him TELLING me that hes going to Puerto Rico for a Skydiving Boogie the weekend before we leave for NC! HELLLLOOOO- we have packing to do!!!! Granted its a free trip- he doesn't have to pay a dime BUT still it would've been noce if he talked to me about this first!! And he doesn't understand why I am mad

I can understand why you are Mad.
But from Brian's point..... It's a Free Trip!!!!!


I am sure you will have ALot done by then.
I am sure Brian will make sure things will be in Order before you guys go down to NC.

I think you have a right to be Mad.... don't get me Wrong, but don't be Mad & Angry before Bed.

yes its a free trip, but from my own experience when we moved, it's a hell of a lot of work!!!!! I can totally understand you being pissed!!!! try not to be too angry tonight, sleep on it (unless you can't and need to talk now) and discuss tomorrow. why does the free trip have to be that exact weekend? can he change the date? I'm sorry you're upset!!! I would be too!

Unfortunately it has to be THAT weekend because its a 'skydiving boogie'- which is a BIG event!! Which also means TONS of skydivers from the NOVICE to experienced!! So I'm gonna be really worried on top of it being a stressful weekend!!

It ***** that he didnt' inform you before booking but what's done is done. explain his mistake to him and get him to work extremely hard on moving things and packing things up until his weekend away arrives.

He shouldve came to you first to talk about it, whether it's a free trip or not shouldnt matter, if the sides were switched im sure he would be upset if you came home and told him youre going away 1 week before you move.

Since its already booked, try to make the best of it, and start packing now lol

Aw MArie, I'm so sorry. Yes, he should have talked to you beforehand, absolutely!!!!!

Discuss with him how he woud feel if you did the same exact thing to him, w/o discussing it with him first.

Then after you have made your point maybe, let it go. If you can and if you would have said yes anyway. Ask him to help you pack what you can before he leaves. So sorry hun
