I am trying not to get my hopes up...

... but DH found a house that is in foreclosure for $116,000!!! It's in a good neighborhood not far from us! He has been to the bank already to see if we can buy it before the auction. The auction is December 17. The house looks SO nice from the outside - it even has a fireplace and above-ground pool!!! Keep your fingers crossed for us!!!

That's an unbelievable price, just curious what town is it in? Make sure you get an inspection before you do anything.
