I feel awful

I just had a horrible argument on the phone with a family member. I feel sick.
I hate that I got off the phone in an argument like that.
THey did something that really upset me....but in the big picture of life, its such a silly thing....I don't know why I just didn't let it go.
I can't believe I acted this way and got off the phone like that.......its getting too late to call back. And I don't want to apologize b/c I'm just not ready to.

im so sorry i know how you feel it happened to me once before and its one of the most horrible feelings in the world

We all over react sometimes but also if they did something that made you sad then you did a noble thing by calling them out on it and standing up for yourself....dont worry hopefully itll blow over and your family member will understand that things just got blown way out of porportion

I agree with Milana, it happens to everyone-as much as you think later about it being silly, regardless if your feelings were involved you cant help it

Thanks girls....I took the collective advice of you guys...I called back and apologized. I still feel sick and guilty but also realize that I was upset in the moment..........and I couldn't control it. I still feel sick.....but whatever.....hopefully this will be forgotten by next week.
