How much Basil?You can make a pesto sauce with pasta and and grill the chicken, cut into pieces and serve all together. MmM I love this!
Also, If you have ricotta, you can make like a chicken rollatini.

Do you have Italian dressing? Marinade the chicken in the dressing and garnish with basil.
