I lost my job

last Thursday. It came out of nowhere and completely blindsided me. I haven't been happy there for a very long time and my boss was a total d*ck (after my mother died last year, he didn't acknowledge it - no card, not even a 'sorry about your mom' so you know the kind of person he is) so in a weird way it's a blessing but job hunting s ucks! If anyone happens to know of any part time, off the books jobs in Queens I'm open to any suggestions! lol I need something while I'm on unemployment to make a little extra money. Thanks girls.

Thanks girls. I'm actually really happy it's not last year at this time, one month before the wedding but it's still rough. DH is being really great about it picking up extra shifts at work while he can to help out.

Aww thanks anyway - I'm trying to stay local because the further out on LI I go it wouldn't be worth it between the gas and the mileage on the car.
