I'm Frustrated...

I have been waiting for my raw footage from the videographer for months now! I thought I would have it in May. My DH went down there, and we were told it was being mailed to us. We have both called since then, with no response. I guess I will keep calling!

I know how annoying it is to have calls to vendors go unanswered. The least someone can do is call you back with a status update on what's going on.

How annoying - I sent you FM. Couldn't help but notice that we share the same videographer and I had (still am!) the same problems with him. I totally understand your frustration.
When you pay a reasonable fee for a service, there's no excuse to be treated this way, or blown off

I totally sympathize! (I worked with Pete too)

He does incredible work but needs someone managing his office! Hand in there - you'll have a great video...eventually...

Lisa - I agree 100%. That's what's most sad - his work is beautiful and I love how the video came out, but the customer service aspect still needs to handled well, in order to be a truly satisfied customer

Ok I am feeling a bit better now. I popped in on my videographer last night, and I will have my raw footage today.
