I really can't wait to re-start WW :-)

Only thing is, the next possible meeting that I can get to is on Tuesday.

So from now til then, the angel on one shoulder is telling me to eat healthy until I get details on the new plan...and the devil on the other shoulder is telling me to eat like I have two @ssholes...argh.

Mix the two together- eat healthy but treat yourself a little. Best of both worlds

Just watch your portions, and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables! Fruits and most vegetables are 0 points on the new plan - its a great way to stay full or a healthy choice when you want a snack.

Yeah, that's why I'm going back...the fact that most fruit and veggies are 0 points. I was hardcore on the Core plan and never got into Momentum because I felt gipped, having followed Core successfully for so long.

But between the holidays and the cruise, I put on about 8 pounds. Not bad, really, and I'm positive I could lose it on my own, but I'm curious about the new program so that's why I'm heading back

Yum. You know what else is delish? Melt a Snickers bar a bit in the microwave and then put it on top of vanilla ice cream.

Yes they are! There's a place in Brooklyn that deep fries ANYTHING YOU WANT. You bring it, they will deep fry it.

starting to learn the new program. its confusing!!

question -- does the online memberrship allow you to go to meetings? do you get books in the mail?

If you just do etools (like, $17 a month) you can't go to meetings. If you do the moonthly pass ($40 a month) you can go to unlimited meetings. I don't think they send you anything if you just join online. But you could definitely stop at a WW center if you wanted to buy any of the companion books...
