Have to share....so I went to Fortunoff's yesterday because DH gave me permission to use some of the wedding $$ to get a few more sets of China. I only have 2. So It was normally 159, on sale for $94. I go there and there and they have NO TAX ON ANYTHING! PLUS I had my 10% off coupon for registery items. So I got 4, then realized it was no tax and made her get another set, then decided to get another! Basically I got 6 sets for $84 EACH! That is like 1/2 off!!!!!

THEN, I went to BB&B to get my pots....well I had so much credit and gift cards that I got them for FREE, AND they had an AMAZING BONUS. If you spent over 400 on Calphalon you get a 10 qt. dutch oven (Price sticer said $175) with a pot holder and a wooden spoon AND a $50 GIFT CARD~ Basically they PAID me to get free pots! Isn't that AMAZING!
Was yesterday my lucky day or WHAT!?

Really! Have you used them..did this happen to you?
So last night was the first time I used it, and all I did was boil water in the little pot for tea...and the HANDLE GOT HOT! I asked the guy in the store and he said it wouldn't. It wasn't hot all the way up, just at the wide part closest to the pot itself. Does this happen to yours? I didn't even use the lid...now I am wondering if the lid handle gets hot....?

I have not used them yet all of my registry items are in my closets. We are in the process of buying a home and do not want to use them till then yet. Sorry..

We are going to have to re-do Steve's house (Well I guess I have to get used to saying OUR house) and I did the same thing, put all my shower gifts in his parents attic. I did however use the pots....seeing as I just bought them and I love to cook and I do so often!
