I was a good wifey tonight!

I was a good wifey tonight!

I felt inspired. First I made dinner - homemade mashed potatoes, these meatball thingies, and cucumber salad per hubby's request. And it was soo goood.

Then for tomorrow - I made pasta salad for the first time thanks to you ladies! I made a mediterranean one...red/green/yellow/orange peppers, grape tomatoes, red onion, scallions, vinegar, parsley, olive oil, and tomorrow I will add in the feta cheese. MMM. Then I also made a potato salad, yum.

And to end the night, I folded the laundry since hubby washed/dried it.

Now I'm in bed designing our thank you cards and watching True Life.

Ah, good times.

I usually do the Subway footlong tuna sandwich lol That's my specialty.
