If you could have a grand, beautiful porch...

If you could have a grand, beautiful front porch with a relaxing porch swing overlooking any place or thing in the world, what would it overlook?

Someone else gave me this one. I loved it so Im sharing. I would have to say a movie screen in a garden...a beautiful garden that was always in full perfet and fragrant bloom and the screen would play the ahppiest moments in my life. an when I shut it off, could still enjoy the flowers which would be of course, every lovely one in the world even if they werent in season.

A huge backyard with plenty of flowers and trees and a bunch of my children running around and having fun playing and of course my DH next to me watching them. (someday hopefully!!!)

ETA: oops!!! I did a back porch instead of a front porch!!!

I would want to overlook the ocean....with the crashing waves!!! Never slept better than on the HM hearing the waves crash along the shore!!

That's really beautiful, and creative.

I would definitely have to say the beach. It's my favorite place to be. I would love a view of the sand and ocean with a gorgeous boardwalk through grassy dunes on the side of the house.

Aww thanks... I love the beach-one of ym happiest memories was the outerbanks vacation took with the DH. we didnt do anything really-just had a hotel right on the beach where we could jump over the balcony and be on it. I loved sitting out there at night and writing with a beer in one hand. If I could live anywhere would probably be out there when we retire.

I love the water so it would have to be either on the ocean or on a lake. It would have one of those big coomfy porch swings built for 2 and DH & I could snuggle up and watch the sunset.

Fields, grass, trees, flowers, just space in general! I love the country, my PopPop had a house in the Poconos and I love it there. As much as I love the Island, there just isn't enough room!!!!!
