If you didn't get a gift from someone at the wedding - WWYD
At our wedding at least one person said they forgot their card at home. The wedding was such a whirwind, I forgot who it was. My mom said one was one particular guest. I haven't gotten that gift yet but I didn't even notice she didn't gift. One of my best friends who was a reader and would have been a GM but we picked the BP years ago and yadda yadda whatever came with his gf and we did not get a gift. It's POSSIBLE that he was one of the people who said he forgot his card at home. It's also possible it's lost somewhere??
I don't think he would not gift. He's just not that type and I also know he has like 3 close weddings this summer and he posted on his fb status a few weeks before my wedding 'Can't wedding gifts be tax deductable' so I really don't think he didn't gift.
If he didn't, I'm not going to throw a hissy over it or anything, but if he gave a card and it got lost, I want to know.
Do you think I should say something to him?

depends how close you are ... DH brought it up with one of his friends who didn't gift ... just said 'it was great seeing you, but we didn't see a card or whatnot from you .... just wanted to make sure it wasn't lost somewhere cause i know that's not like you!'but if you don't feel comfortable with saying that to him, then just let it go

I'd wait a bit...we got some cards in the mail months later because people either forgot their card, didn't drop it in the box or just didn't bring anything. Luckily all non-gifters gave us a gift within 6 months from the wedding date.

We're really close. It's just weird. My mom said not to say anything but we are VERY close, so I think I am going to say something.I had 2 BP members not bring gifts day of, but they both told me. My MOH inexplicably didn't bring a gift and sent it by mail later, and one of the GM lost his job recently, so he couldn't afford a gift now, but he explained it ahead of time.

I would honestly wait ... We had a few 'non gifters' and they gave us presents after the wedding. Etiquette wise you have a year!

i wouldnt say anything. i had a few non gifters who never gave anything. i wouldnt put them in a position where they thought i expected a gift (which i did not)i had one non gifter who kept forgetting to give me the card and said he sent it out. i never got anything. he asked me if i had gotten it a few months later because he noticed i hadnt cashed his check. he finally sent it a few months after that (like 5). bonus!

We didn't say anything. One of my Bm still has not given us a gift. What goes around comes around.

Yup, what goes around comes around. We didn't say anything either to non-gifters.

UPDATE:The friend called me today and said he is sorry he hasn't sent a gift yet, but he and his gf have been trying to think of a really great, creative gift for us and he asked for suggestions. I didn't say anythign because I really don't like to do that...I don't know what he's planning to spend.
he said he was really touched by the personalized gift I got him for being a reader, so he wanted to get us ane xtra special wedding gift.

I'm glad that you heard from him - i wouldn't make any suggestions either but let him know you appreciate the thought.
our Best Man didn't give us our gift until about 2 months later and while he did give us money, he wrote out one of the best wedding cards that we received, and it made me happy that he didnt just rush and throw something together for the sake of it. And that was really nice for me and DH.
