Hi ladies, it's been quite a while and hope everyone is well.
DH and I have been very busy searching for the perfect house and we have found it We are closing on June 16 and to date, we've had a home, termite and well inspection done, got our mortgage paperwork going, the appraisal is being worked on as well as a title search and what-not.
The house is 2,400 sq.ft., 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, custom master bath, fireplace, cathedral ceilings, shed, it sits on 1.25 acres on a hill and is half wooded.
I just wanted to share my enthusiasm and I hope everyone is having a wonderful year

I agree with what you said about moving. DH and I will be moving most likely the end of this summer. I can't wait.

Jean - that's an awesome anniversary trip! We're taking a 1-day trip to Wilmington to the aquarium lol Since it's less then 1 week before the closing, it's better then nothing
Definitely --we are splurging b4 we are both in school full time next year and working!!!!
