so i did it.. i went and got my tattoo and i am so SO thrilled with the result. I was fortunate enough to have a connection with a PHENOMENAL artist...he's an amazing guy & his talent is just ridiculous in the best way. He took my idea and completely turned it into a BEAUTIFUL piece of art...(throw me some FM if u'd like his info ).. but here ya go! (some pics and a video of me takin' it like a champ )
the colors look amazing! i would've probably lasted about 2 minutes.

That thing is a BEAUTY!!! Great tat! I would love to get my avatar as a tat on my body somewhere but Im not sure if I can deal with the permanent-ness of it. (Yup I made that word up lol)

Dont believe Taryn her tattoo is big but also so beautiful. When we left the tattoo place i was saying how brave she was. I saw Pepe do the outline and then you left for a while and i thought you were done for the night but then i realized later it was only for a break! i thought for sure you had the outline done and then went home to heal before the color. It was funny. When i sat down i asked if my tattoo was going to hurt and he said No Comment and Smiled!!! He was right it didnt really hurt until today. It is so sore that if i put it gently against something it hurts Im such a wuss. Taryn your a champ girl!! How is DH's wrist feeling. I love my tattoo but its A LOT bigger than i planned.

yea, that was just a break for food to re-fuel! lol..i know it's big, but since it wasn't a MONSTROUS tattoo i would MUCH rather get it all done at once...plus i live in queens so i didn't know when the next time would be for me to get out there! i was so excited about it i needed to just go for it.. the hubster's wrist is okay...he just got our wedding date; plain & simple...no filling of color or anything - so it's not too bad..just a teeny bit tender... i'm SURE when he goes back for his fore-arm piece that it's going to be rough though! just keep lubin' it up and it should be fine within' the next few days post a pic when u get one!
