GET OUT?!?!!!! u were the one who was getting ur first right?? and u were there with ur hubby??? i never go to see urs! do u have a pic?? my hubby had peasy/pat tattoo our wedding date on his wrist right before u ha how funny! and yea....Pepe is AMAZING. he's been tattooing my brother & some friends for a while now..and now i am officially sold! i'm sure i'll be going to him for years to come!

I was recommended to Pepe but he was busy doing yours so i went with Beeshy (Pat) who was super nice and also did a great job. I got a pretty big tattoo on my wrist. It was so funny that night. I basically went out to dinner with my hubby got in the car and decided i wanted to get a tattoo Its still pretty sore today. Do you live in the area?

for me it was also sore the next day. Its funny but it was more painful AFTER the tattoo than during. During i was able to take it but after i had that burning type feeling.

During the tattoo i was fine. granted there were a few uncomfortable moments where i felt like he was slicing my wrist open considering my wrist is the only part of me that is thin and bony. So today 2 days later, if i hit my wrist into something it really hurts. I found it a lot easier watching him tattoo me then looking away.

great artwork! In the first pic I didn't realize how big it was till I saw the second one- I can't imagine how much it must have hurt!! But now its done and looks great!!!

you said you have it on your phone right? are you able to email from phone? if so then what i do is email the pic to myself and then save it from the email

Lauren u are one brave chick to get ur first on ur wrist! wrist & foot are two of the most painful spots!

i guess everyone is different because honestly i think tattoos are completely bare-able...then again i really think it depends on the spot! ...my brother got the front of his throat tattooed(yea - crazy i know!) and he of COURSE was gritting his teeth the whole time lol - the hubster also has his wrists done & its been very painful both times..my cousin got her foot done & was literally SWEATING(and she's tattooed all over lol). mine really wasn't too bad! it wasn't untill the last 20minutes or so on mine that i was really feelin' it... i'm going back in like 3/4weeks after it heals for him to take a new pic, add a lil' more detail & touch up whatever he feels the need too... but i'm so happy!

and yea - because fri. & sat. nights are the only nights pepe takes walk-ins, it's best to get there early. I actually had gotten there around 6:30 & waited untill around 9:00 to start. I know during the week u can actually make appt.'s - but i think it ends up being a little more money. mine has been a little sore/tight the last two days or so too! i had a client hug me at work yesterday & when she pulled away my shirt(that was nice & loose to avoid rubbing!) of course peeled off of it..i was like 'OOOOOOOWWWW!!!!' lol. but it's alright - totally worth it!

i left you a comment on myspace but ill say it again, im in love w/ your new ink too!!!!! amazing work! sometimes i wish i could get rid of the ones on my back and start over! id love something like this!

it's funny because the picture makes it look a lot bigger than it actually is! guess it's just the angle.lol...don't get me wrong - i mean, it's big... but the one pic makes it looks like it's the entire upper portion of my back....it's more or less between my shoulders..about 6-8 inches in length...

yeah some spots are painful but i thought the back was fine actually. I kept talking and laughing with ppl in the store, its funny seeing these hard-core men coming in and then seeing them scared. But everyone even the tattoo artist kept asking me if it doesnt hurt or something. I think bc of the spot it was in it wasnt bad. Whenever i did feel a bit of a pinch its when they let go anyways so never got bad. DH had that area under his arms done and everyone said how thats one of the more painful spots and he said it was the worst out of all of his tats.
