Is anyone else releaved there wedding planning was over??

I am so happy the planning is over. We really had some nutty thungs going on the last month of b4 the wedding. i have heard of brides being depressed, but I am just the opposite! I am so releived not to have anymore hassles, or craziness. Was anyone else relieved to have your life back and have free time on there hands? Am I the only crazy one feeling this way?

No, I really felt the same way! Of course I keep putting off planning the renovations on the house for the same reason. I feel like all I'll be doing is planning like when I planned the wedding.

I was so relieved that it was over...the only thing left is the album and the thank you's and then I can truly enjoy it!!

very happy its over. Looking forward to having my life back even though it comes back different because Im living with him. now we can get our finances in order and start house hunting again. Im glad to be moving on to the next thing! It was a great day, but all good things end!

I LOVE not planning a wedding..I Love it when I drive past a bridal store and I dont have to go in! I loveit when Im out and can buy whatever I wnat because Im notsaving for a wedding...I love not buying every bridal magazine in the store..I love the NOT fighting with anyone about anything wedding related...life is GREAT now that the planning is DONE!

Yes! So relieved! and relaxed. Planning my wedding was the single most stressful thing I'd ever done.

Yes, absolutely relieved!!!!!! Can't believe that it is over! So happy that I don't have to run around with that stuff anymore. I am so happy to be able to get on with my life.

right after it was over, i was upset. i was coming down off a wedding high.. now, i cant wait to get the thank yous, albumand video and put the wedding to rest. don't get me wron, I don't have any regrets. But now , our focus is saving for a house.

Ok, I am crazy!! I miss it all!! I would do it all over in a heartbeat. I had so much fun with the planning. I loved being together with all my family and new family ( My parents are divorced and this was the first time ever in 20 years that I had my ENTIRE family in one room). I love planning parties, and the was the best one ever. However, I am extremely happy it is over, because I get to spend all my time with my husband and stepson, plannng our future now, instead of just one day!! So, I guess in one way, I am relieved, but in another I miss it all!!
