So, we made an offer on that house I love. 40 hours later, the owner comes back with a 'counter-offer'. Um, her counter offer was a measly $2,000 off the asking price. $2000? Are you fuucking kidding me? I can't even buy tires for my car with $2k.
So annoyed. We are going to counter again but this lady better start being a little more cooperative or I'm going have to get ninja on her a$$.

Totally not shocked Honestly they do this.. name of the game.
At the end of the day - they need to understand the closing costs etc.. have your realestate agent do something them taking care of something w/the house that will cost the extra 2g to make up for it. Did you get the EI?

its TV!!! if you pay attention to it, you'll see alot of times the people are wearing winter clothes at one house then next summer clothes and when they buy the house its winter again! I swear! Ok I'm a little nuts but its so true!!
