It's our anniversary and...
DH is working
!!!!We talked about it, and both agreed that he needs to take the overtime when it's offered. With the mortgage and home renos, we really don't have a choice!!
I'm making his favorite dinner (surf and turf...mmmm) and I'm going to try to attempt chocolate souffle. It's one of our sweetest memories of our honeymoon...sitting on the porch of a beautiful restaurant in St. Martin, wishing on the stars and sharing a souffle. We also rented 'As Good As It Gets', a movie we saw on one of our first dates. Then tomorrow we'll spend a day out east.
It's hard to believe a year has passed! If the future years bring us even a fraction of the happiness we've found in the past year, we are in for a long and happy life together.
