I got up at 6am.

'Why Jenn', I hear you all saying, 'Why ever would you get up so early during your summer vacation??'

Why, you ask?? Well dear friends, the carpenters who are working on my house were supposed to be here between 7 - 7:30am, AND THEY'RE STILL NOT FREAKING HERE AT 8:50am!!!!

They got here at 9:45, and were stuck in traffic from Queens, and then lost. And they are such nice guys that I can't even be angry.

Diane, we are having hard wood floors put in in 2 rooms, a wall taken down and sliding glass doors installed, a room divider removed, and 3 rooms worth of walls and celings sheetrocked.

I'm so excited to get it all done!!!!

that sounds exciting Jenn...

the way I look about sleeping late in the summer...is that its a hard habit to break...so even on weekends I tend to wake up on the earlier side...so that I am not a zombie in Sept...
