Kids loitering in my street, right outside my house!

They are loud and annoying and causing numerous dogs on the block to bark. NOw my dog just got up to check out what is going on, and she is growling. Wish I had the nerve to go out there and tell them to GO HOME!!!! Grrrr. How do they expect a 30-something old married lady to get a nap on the couch if they are causing a ruckus outside????

Sorry your nap got interrupted! I would want to go out there and tell them to get lost but I would be nervous that they try and destroy my property.

Don't you wish you had a super soaker water gun right about now ? Even better with food dye in it. (I've got a mean streak in me)

I was just TRYING to nap.

I think they left .... dogs stopped barking. They were right in front of my car, too - I just get a little worried about that kind of stuff, you know? Not that they gave me any reason to worry, but I guess I am getting old and like my parents.

I did think about throwing cookies or something from the window at them. I have lots of leftovers in the fridge I need to get rid of.

Nah, they'd just throw it back at you.
You need something that goes splat, like cold mashed potatoes or a handful of peas.
Water balloons work good too,make a good loud crack when they burst.

This is just too funny... I would have been annoyed too! But it reminded me that it wasn't so long ago that I was part of a group of kids just like that, loitering in the street being loud!!
