Kinda Sad

As I pack up our apartment, I'm getting sad! I never thought in a million years that would happen!! I hated it here and complained the 1st few months of being married and having to live here!!! But now it feels like home! I'm so excited for the next chapter and the eventual BIG MOVE to NC with Brian but its still really scary!

I'm shocked that I'm sad!

I hear ya. I felt the same way when I moved down here back in 2001. Don't worry though; it gets better and soon, you'll be unpacking in your new home!

I am going to feel the same way as much as you hated living there it was still home. Just think of howw much nicer it will be living down there

ETA: You will LOVE your new home!!! I felt the same way moving from SC to NY even tho NY is where we wanted to be.

Awwww...try and focus on all the positive! You won't have to freeze your butt off in winter...people are nicer (i am assuming since it's not NY..haha) and i'm sure stuff is alot cheaper...plus you can always come back to visit!

But it is a new beginning, and as a selfish biotch, I wish you could stay here because I will miss the hell out of you! You and Brian can move in with us if Peg does not have the space...we would have a blast!!!


But, it is for the best for you because you will have a better life and I know you will adjust and love it. But most importantly, you will have a guest room when Jeff and I visit!!! And we will visit, promise!!!!

I you and want the best for you....and I promise again we will be down there!!!

And you always have a place to stay here!

DEF need MANY more wild nights before I move!!!

Right now we're packing up our apartment and moving most everything to NC BUT we're not actually moving there till the summer!! Its off to my parents house till then!

It must be sad to go , but exciting for a new experience.

it's totally understandable - you're making a HUGE move!! Funny, I didn't feel sad at all leaving my crappy apt- I felt sad leaving my neighborhood, sorta.. But if I were to move to a new state, I think I would have been. I don't blame you. GOOD LUCK!

You guys are about to start an exciting new chapter in your lives. NC is great place to live. What part of North Carolina are you moving to? My uncle lives in Wilmington and keeps trying to get us to move down there. If you aren't far from him we can always get together when we go visit my uncle.
