leggings spinoff
so um ... jeggings - yay or nay?backstory: i went to macy's this past weekend to buy more jeans and NOTHING fit ... i have a weird shape (big butt, small waist) so i always have the hardest time buying jeans.
anyway, is it worth it to buy jeggings instead of jeans? do they fit right? do they look stupid?

Re: leggings spinoff
I have two pairs and I love them. I have one pair that is more legging-like- it doesn't have pockets or a zipper. And then I have another pair that's just like really stretchy denim and they do have pockets/zipper.

Re: leggings spinoff
I LOVE my jeggings! The ONLY think about jeggins is that they aren't as warm as jeans and the wind goes right through them. I have no butt and big thighs so they fit better then most of my jeans.

Re: leggings spinoff
I think I've only seen them work on girls with really thin legs. Maybe it's jealousy talking, but I think they are a no-go for most girls.

Re: leggings spinoff
I personally do not like leggings or jeggings. My honest opinion is that they are work-out clothes & for children. With that said, my co-worker is wearing a pair of light gray leggings today & her entire @$$ is sticking out. Not only have I seen underwear lines but I can see actual skin.As Laura (miamimerger) said, I also believe if an adult women is going to wear leggings they work on girls with really thin legs.
I too have a big butt & small waist shape & have major issues finding jeans. If you want to give in another try, I did great a The Gap recently.

I like them. Macys has a brand called Hue that makes them along with other styles of leggings and they are super comfy!Welcome New Vendors
