So I am not a big poster, but a big lurker. I thought I could make my own wedding album on Shutterfly, even asked Jen (PeteysBride) for some photoshop help. She was so helpful. But after I realized I am not computer savy or creative enough I decided to hire Jen as my graphic designer. Jen was such a pleasure to work with. She had complete creative control over the book. Everything you see is her design. She did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with her work. So if anyone was thinking about doing your own album, you should just save your time and just hire Jen. She is awesome. Here are a few of mine and Jen's favorite pages. She downloaded her designs in Shutterfly. So THANKS AGAIN JEN.
That looks FANTASTIC! And I am not surprised in the least. Jenn gave me tons of ideas for my album and she's totally amazing at it! You must be so happy!!

The best one for straigth across is Picaboo because you can manipulate it so it 'eats' less of the middle. Shutterfly doesn't allow that BUT it had larger format which Kris wanted. So I had to tweak and we used less of the straight across layouts than I normally do to avoid 'munching' of the middle by the binding.
I do everything in PS to size and then slice it in half and upload the halves into the appropriate side; Right and Left.
