Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
1) Not making my Mom more visible and in more pictures. She had just gotten out of rehab 4 days before the wedding after breaking her back 7 weekd before and she was very frightened and nervous about being jostled around.
2) Not eating more
3) Not dancing with my FIL

Nothing. There is not one thing I would have changed and not one thing I regret.

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
1. I would not have procrastinated so much and waited until the last minute. That last week was probably the most stressful of my entire life.
2. I would have put together a better must take photo list. The one I did was thrown together.
3. I would have hired a DOC. I probably didn't absolutely need one, but it would have helped avoid the few (minor) stressful incidents.

Nothing major. There are some little things that i wonder about, like......
Should I have had more hair trials? I was busy with work and had one appointment but we tried several styles at that appointment.
Should I have worn mascara or fake eyelashes? I have some major eye allergy problems and I never wear mascara. I had planned to wear lashes but chickened out at the last minute.

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
1. Would have changed my MOH and 1 BM and to hell with the repercussions
2. Would have made sure my photographer took pics of us around the hall and outside in front, we never utilized all that we could have
3. Wore my hair more straight instead of curly since the curls were almost gone before the end of the night. (Oh and fixed that damn curl that was sticking up in most of the pictures!!)

I had something similar and I think that's why I said I needed more trials. Maybe I would have realized that I had a curl that just did what it wanted to do!

Me three. Were there things that went slightly astray? Sure. But I did everything I could humanly do to make sure it was a great day, and it was and I wouldn't change an instant. I lived in the moment and I ate 3 lobster tails....perfection!

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
I would have changed only one thing....I would have forced my MIL to show me her dress that she wore. She ended up in the same dress as my mom, not a happy scene.
Other then that.....PERFECT!!!

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
1. Would have picked a different hair salon. 2. Would have picked a different D.J. 3. Would have taken pics before the ceremony. It was nice to have DH surprised when i walked down the aisle, but it felt soooo rushed to take pics during the cocktail hour and missing it.

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
I would have remembered to get the photographer to take a pic of us w/DH's family like we were supposed to do. We agreed to do it during the reception, but then forgot. Thankfully we got the pics with his parents. I felt really bad when I realized it though!
There's not much I would have done differently. The day went reallllllly smooth, the weather was gorgeous and everyone had a great time.

FOUR! I'm sure if I really think about there are little things, but it was the best day ever - how can you improve on that!?!?!

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
1) I would have remembered to tell the DJ that I only wanted my husband and I to dance to the first song alone and not ask others to join in. I forgot about that until the day of the wedding.
2)I would have eaten at the cocktail hour. We were so busy talking to people, that we didn't even see the suckling pig we paid extra for at the cocktail hour.
3) iwouldn't have been so snippy with my mom right before the ceremony. I was very nervous and I snapped at her.

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
- Would have had my dress fit better The alterations weren't that great.
- Not trusted my father to live up to his word
- Used a better florist - what I requested, what she told me I would get and what I had on my day were NOT the same
- Gotten 2 limos - my MIL made me late for my own wedding and she didn't even ride in the limo

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
1. Would have checked my zipper on my dress before I left Kleinfelds (discovered it was broken the morning of)
2. Would of hired a more reputable shuttle bus company
3. Would of left for my honeymoon on Sunday instead of Monday (flight was cancelled on Monday, had to be rerouted)

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
I would have peeked into the hall where dinner was set up before everybody was in there. DH peeked in and said it was beautiful. I was getting a touch up on my hair and bustle done. I was wowed with everybody in there, but it would have been nice to see it all set up with nobody in there.
*shrug* oh well, I'll see it when the photos come back.
I also wish I would have taken the time to really look around the cocktail hour. But I was taking photos and then getting stopped by everybody. Hubby had an easier time slipping by and getting to see everything set up.
Other than that, I was incredibly happy with everything. I wish the night was longer!!!

Re: Looking back at your wedding day.....
I can't say I regret anything. Some things may not have been pure perfection, but what is? To me, my wedding could not have been better and that is all that matters and I wouldn't change a thing.
