LOVEY LOVE TUESDAY NWQOTD 6/28/11

Hello ladies ... I LOVE MY HUSBAND ... THE END

lol .... no thats not all

What would you say is the biggest AWWW moment you have had with your husband? Either when you were dating, engaged or after you've been married?

My hunny has soo many but I would say the one I will NEVER forget was my last birthday when he threw me the most amazing party at my house. My father (who passed away 8 years ago) threw me my first surprise party in their house and DH told me he wanted to be last man to throw me a surprise party in my parents house. It was amazing with all the important people in my life that shared my first and last birthday under my parents roof. My husband and my late father are the two most amazing men I have met it my LIFE!!!

Aww that is a great story....

Most people wouldn't call this an 'awww' moment - but when we got engaged, that was definite aww for me and about 40,000 other people LOL

we got engaged at Yankee Stadium.... it was always a dream for me, never thought anyone could pull it off but he did and he worked REALLY hard. My parents ended up being at the game too, so it made it even more special

Hmmm it was probably when we first started dating. We had been dating about 3 months and he told me he loved me. But not only that, he went on about how he knew he was going to marry me and if he thought I'd say yes, he'd ask me right then and there. Then he asked me how long he'd have to wait to propose to me and I told him at least 3 years. Just before our 4th year anniversary, he proposed.

DH is not romantic! He rarely shows any emotion other than easy going and happy. On our 2 month dating anniversary he got me 2 roses...I rarely see flowers from him other than Valentine's Day now...so looking back on this he definitely gets and awwwwwwwwwww from me.

Re: LOVEY LOVE TUESDAY NWQOTD 6/28/11

DH is the same as Lauren's. He's not really an 'awww' kinda guy. He's usually laid back and relaxed. I guess besides our engagement (def my biggest awww moment with him) would probably be my last birthday. I didn't want to go out and he was off from work for that month. When I got home from a long day at work there were flowers on the table for me (which doesn't happen that often), 2 cards, and he was making chicken parm (the first meal he ever made me) with his amazing homemade sauce. He had opened a bottle of wine and wouldn't let me even stand in the kitchen. I had to sit, be served, and then he did all the cleaning up (and most of the dishes). THEN I got my gift from him which was an overnight stay at a hotel in the city and tickets to The Addams Family.

Side note: DH isn't into Broadway plays and I have been bugging him about them since we were dating. We were going to a play that weekend with my parents but he wanted to get me something that he knew I would enjoy. Luck have it, since he did research he told me there are a bunch of plays he really wants to see now!
