Lunch!!!

What are you guys doing? I'm trying to find something healthy yet yummy - haven't figured that out yet.

ETA: Meeting up with my friend and might try to find some street meat - falafel might be in my future!!!

I'm with you on the haven't figured it out yet.. I have some leftover jambalaya (the hungry girl recipe) from the other night. Or I could make whole wheat quesadillas with grilled chicken. Trying to figure out which I'm in the mood for.

And the quesadeilla one!! Whole wheat tortilla with grilled chicken, RF mexican cheese, peppers and onions. Topped with garlic chipotle salsa. Soo good!!
