Macy's Registry Question

Do you know if Macy's gives cash back for returns from the registry?

We have some extra china place settings I would like to maybe return for cash.

i had to return a few things but i got a merchandise credit that we used to buy other stuff we wanted, but not cash.
and BBB doesn't give you cash anymore, just credit
