Its worth it to mail it in.

My card comes in 2 weeks.

I didn't do it certified mail but you might want to in case. I was lazy.

I did the same thing when I changed my SS card info, and it really was SO easy.

I was reluctant to send in my originals , but they sent it back to me very quickly

I really need to do this! I changed my driver's license a year ago and changed my name at work and on my health insurance. I've just been putting this off.

So, we need to send in our original marriage certificate and a copy of our driver's licensce and/or passport along with the application. Is that right?

you ladies are brave..I was a big chicken but my fears were not unfounded... I went yesterday and this lady was there cussing and carrying on that she didnt get back all of her originals
