Makeup Question: Cream Blush

Do you apply it under or over your powder?

i put powdered blush definitly on top and i would think that cream blush would also need to go over your powder, otherwise it would blend in w/the powder.

I apply it under the powder. The Purpose of powder is to set cream or gel based products. HTH

I tried it this way today and it looked really nice and stayed ALL day! when I first put it on it was very bright, but the powder toned it down a bit.
