I love this trend for the summer! Every store and website I go into for the past few months , I come across the 'Maxi dress' so I finally bought a black one today, and love it, they are so comfy and flattering for all body types. I really want to get a couple more for the summer.
Hmmmmm such a tricky trend. I'm 5'8 so have the height to pull 'em off BUT unless they are executed 'just right' they look a bit like you left home in your nightgown! Here's one I love from anthropologie, its not floor length so that may be an advantage... Its fuschia silk... I basically love everything about it!!
Thats gorgeous! But again..what is a 'maxi' dress? Is it the height that makes it a maxi or a loose billowy style?

I couldnt find a picture of the one i got, i bought it at a boutique store in california, and the designer is by 'Dolan'. When i do a search i cant find the dress, but it has like subtle pleats on the bottom and is all black, it has a V-neck top.
