Meatloaf Recipes??

I know theres a cookbook but my computer is so incredibly slow, I keep freezing while IM leafing through it. Can you guys post some good meatloaf recipes? Nothing too fancy (DH is super picky with whats in his food) Please help! I wanna make this tonight

1 lb of Chop Meat
3-4 Chopped Cloves of Garlic
1/2 of Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
3 Tlbs. Grated Cheese
1 Egg
Splash of Worshere Sauce

Mix all together in one bowl

and then put in Pan...

Sprinkle a bit of Breadcrumbs on top

In the oven for about 45 mins.

Its one of my best recipes...

I make my meatloaf basically the same as my meatballs...

chop meat
egg
bread crumbs
adobo

but I leave out the extra oregano that I put in my meatballs and add fresh chopped garlic and some worstershire. Put it in the pan and sprinkle paprika all over the top. I make sure I add broth to the bottom of the pan to keep it moist (and baste it every so often) and bake it for an hour at 350.

Regular Grated Parmesan cheese would be perfect

you can make sassy meatloaf...
can of salsa
1 packet and a 1/2 of instant plain oatmeal
2lbs chopped meat

mix together bake at 425 for 45 mins... so good

thanks! if i have the W sauce maybe i will try this instead!

I do

1 lb of meat (mixed meat if they have it. S&S has the one that is pork, beef & veal - I use that)
1 egg
Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk or cream
grated cheese
HUGE squirt of ketchup
small quirt of mustard
small squirt of BBQ sauce

mix & bake for 45-60 min at 375

I serve it with blue cheese mashed potatoes & then we pass out from fullness

I just eyeball it and use what I have

1 small onion diced and sauteed
2 cloves garlic diced and sauteed
1 pound chop meat
1/2 pound ground pork
1 egg
2 handfuls Italian breadcrumbs
sea salt & black pepper
squirt of tomato paste
4-5 dashes Worstershire sauce, more if you like it.

Mix everything together gently.
Overworking meatloaf makes it tough.
form into loaf shape and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 45 - 60 minutes. (depends upon the thickness of the loaf)

I like it on a baking sheet because the whole loaf gets kind of crusty on the outside, and some of the fat from the meat drains away.

You can also glaze the top of the meatloaf with ketchup and Worstershire sauce. Kind of tangy but good.
