This is pic is posted on a gossip site and is of Olympic 8 Gold Metal winner Micheal Phelps...
It is from November 2008.

He has apologzed for the pic and immature actions.. however does it change anyone's opinion of him and being an Olympian?

He has to remember when out in public people are watching. He is a role model. I dont mind him smoking pot everyone does it! Well everyone I know;)

So many athletes do drugs and I dont get it. Like that Jets or Giants player who got caught with weed...I mean how hard is it to not do drugs?? Come on! Especially Michael Phelps who won 8 medals! I am really disappointed in him. I realize he is young and wants to have fun, but I am still upset about this.

i agree - it's just stupid to me there is no need for it.

Oh if it was in college...who cares. I also heard he was arrest for DUI in Salisbury, MD a few years ago (that is where I went to college!) I wonder why he was there!
