Mom's Birthday Gift?

So my mom's birthday is this Friday. It's always tough this time of year because it's my mom's birthday then mine, then my dad's, then my grandma's all Between Nov. 5th and Dec. 1st. Then there's Christmas shortly after!

Anyway, so my mom's birthday is first- it's this Friday. I'm kinda broke but I still want to get her something nice. I have a $60 gift card to Macy's so if I could use that towards it, that would be excellent but I don't know what to get her. She wears jewelry but not that much or too often. She loves cameo earrings(pic below), but the ones I see are always cheap. She loves to bake but she has every baking thing under the sun. My father always buys her books so that's out, she's not particularly into electronics. HELP!

ETA: Last year I got her a Coach purse and a Coach wallet for Christmas. And they are both still in excellent condition.

Hmmm that's an idea! I had gotten her really nice lined leather gloves 3 years ago? But I think she lost them! Thanks!

Re: Mom's Birthday Gift?

My mom is really difficult to buy for.
This year I got her an aerogarden. She has it in her kitchen and uses the fresh herbs in her daily cooking. Just an idea.

My mom loves her aerogarden! My dad got that for her last year or the year before that. And the herbs are actually really tasty, but yeah she already has it.

And I brought her back a giant bottle of perfume from our cruise in May. She's so difficult. What I'd really looooooooooooove to get her... is a dog. You all know her collie just passed a few weeks ago and they had a pomeranian who passed right before the wedding in May. They still have a collie but my mom's been down about it and I saw a 6 y/o pomeranian for adoption but she said it's too soon. I think it might help her but I'm afraid it might just upset her instead.

ETA: Thank you so much though, these are all great ideas!
