So, I got laid off last Monday and I promised DH that I would eventually move to NY (where he's from, from FL). He would always drop hints about us moving & I told him 'I would be crazy to leave my job and move'. Well...open mouth insert foot, I lost my job. So...we're moving. I am going to be in NY from 4/3-4/14 interviewing. I'm a Recruiter. If anyone can help, PLEASE FM me. My ILs are in Ronkonkoma (Suffolk), but I can work anywhere & live anywhere (from Manhattan-east). If anyone has any great ideas (i.e. headhunters they know, staffing services, etc) pass them my way. Also, DH is in wireless sales (Verizon, TMobile, etc.) so, if any of you know of anyone who owns a store, or works at one, let me know. I would really appreciate it.

my sister used to work fior a recruting agency in midtown. i think it was called mergis group? try them out. good luck!!!
