I had never heard of this either...It's a way to say a small baby shower.

what's a sprinkle?

its a shower... but not like a full blown one.. usualy for someone thats had a baby already that still needs stuff cause the kids are older

Get out the umbrellas,a sprinkle is coming...
A gift for the mom and a whole lot of loving..

We r waiting the arrival,a new bundle of joy..
Life's greatest gift,a new baby boy...

Or what about the poem..I can't think of the exact name but its something like snails and puppy tails,that's what little boys are made of

Or just what about twice is nice(if this is her second)
