we've been members of netflix for 5 years now and have returned only 2 discs because they didn't work. I cannot possibly explain to you how many movies we watch...it's INSANE....so for the amount we watch - for only 2 to be bad, is incredible!
The friends thing is AWESOME!!! You can watch a movie & then suggest it to your friends, using comments, telling them how good or bad it was...
Also - you can WATCH MOVIES NOW - it's called, 'watch now' - if they have it viewable, you can well, um, watch now. You go to the website, log into your account, downoad the viewer software (takes 2 minutes) and there ya go - you're watching a full length movie online...
:)
Same here. Weve been subscribers for over a year and only this past week did we not receive one. We just reported it missing yesterday and theyre already sending a replacement. Theyre awesome!
